Attached are the records I have found that document Joans abdomen regarding surgical scars, incisions, drains and ostomy.
The first occurrence of an "ostomy" is mentioned during Joans first admission by Busby on Feb 11 at 4:09 pm. At 4:09 pm on Feb 11 Blake Phillips the neurosurgeon was called in and he was ordering a CT on Joan at this time.
Busby, who attempted to get myself and James and others to consent for a stomach peg on February 23rd AFTER Joan had informed Sharon and Mark Ellis they were going to kill her, there were ponzi schemes going on and to start recording everything. When they called Sharon for consent Joan was able to speak and Sharon made them perform another swallow study on Joan to prove she could swallow and Joan passed the test because Sharon was in the room when they performed the test. Both James and I were baffled, even after Joans death, about this stomach peg battle they put us through when she did not need it. We could never understand why they kept wanting to get her into surgery when she was able to eat and speak on her own.
We now know it was because they were after her organs, specifically her kidney bc that is the only organ you can remove and you can survive bc everyone has two of those.
On Feb 16, 3 days after Sharon arrived, they charted Joan had drains in her abdomen.
This is false !! Sharon and Amber gave Joan a bath while she was at the rehab center between March 1 and March 5 and Joan did not have any drains or incisions on her abdomen. However, BHMC did chart on Feb 24, they took her to surgery for some kind of gastroenterology procedure. But they didnt !!
I suspect they were planning on getting consent bc most people do not question doctors recommendations and believe they are not up to nefarious things. They ran into Sharon though and that interfered with their scams. So Joan was discharged without having any abdominal procedures.
They failed their mission to get Joans Kidney. So they discharged her on meds they knew she could not have which forced her back up there on March 5. Her med record on March 5th regarding her abdomen in the ER makes no mention of any scars , incisions or drains in Joan abdomen.
On March 6 through the 8, there is no mention of incisions or scars or drains in Joans abdomen.
March 9, Sally J. notifies ARORA and tells them Joan has met the criteria for organ donations. At 7:00 am there are no incisions or drains on Joans abdomen. But at 1900 hrs on March 9 the abdominal drains and incision appears. (March 9 is the day Mary Searcy falsified Joans records and Sally H. falsified Joans records and Sally H begins to attack Sharon in the record claiming Sharon was being aggressive with her. This is BULLSHIT and IS part of the M.O. to attack families, strip them of their rights or throw them off the property based upon made up accusations so they can steal people's organs !!
Between March 9 through 14th the Incision and Drains are documented. It was on March 14th that Sharon and James were threatened to be arrested if we interfered with their doctors.
They told us on March 14th that she would need a stomach peg during her second admission but they never gave her one when she actually needed it. Why? Because they had already taken her Kidney and the wanted us to give them permission to put her to death and absolve them of all responsibility for her death and when they could not get permission to do it from Sharon or James - Searcy lost his head in that meeting on March 14th.
On March 21 They put chest tubes in Joan a day after they put a trache on Joan.
March 22 through March 26th they continue to chart the surgical incision and drains in Joans abdomen.
March 28th and 29th they chart "Ostomy" and mentions the abdominal drains. Recall also March 28 is the day James and Sharon busted them intentionally injuring Joan Ellis and then we had a meeting w/ the chief of the hospital the next day and Sharon fires Robert Searcy and they will not remove him !!!
March 30th they are monitoring Joans abdomen for distention which is one of the side effects of kidney donations.
April 1 - April 9 they are still charting Joan has drains in her abdomen. Drains would produce entry wounds and there are no abdominal wounds noted in Perettis' autopsy.
The only medical attention Peretti noted were the chest tube wounds that are either side of Joans chest posterior.
BUSTED AGAIN !!

P.S. James Ellis is not aware of many of these things because I refuse to inform him of some of this stuff because I do not want my family to suffer anymore than they already have knowing what was done to our mother. But I think I am going to have to attach him on this one and tell him what I have found bc like I said, the stomach peg battle in Feb just baffled us both for a long time.
They were after Joans Kidney which I believe is why they put in her record she had a stent in her kidney to throw off anyone who would suspect them of stealing Joans Kidney and they would say, well Joan had bad kidneys , which she did NOT !
I suppose I need to go ahead and send the rest of the info on the stomach peg battle and those records now since I just discovered these records and get that over with. Then I will resume getting you the info for April 5th audios and send those.

After you listen to the March 14th audios in which we were threatened to be arrested and then lied to about Joans condition the meeting ends and James and Sharon go home to make a decision on whether to put Joan Ellis to death based upon the lies they were told, which was they cannot take her out of the coma they put her in because they cannot stop her seizures. Then listen to the March 16th audio convo Sharon has with Blake Phillips, the neurosurgeon that I have attached.
Sharon told James after the March 14th meeting something was wrong with the doctors behavior and she was not going to make the call to put Joan down and he would have to decide. Sharon went to her mothers house and prayed and cried and scrambled to look at the records she got on March 9th. (keep in mind Sharon had not discovered they were lying to her until later).
I cannot even begin to imagine what James went through for two days contemplating putting his mother to death. This was torture and intentional infliction of emotional distress because they were all lying to us.
So while James is at his house contemplating what to do and ultimately decides he would authorize them to end her life after they ran another EEG because he wanted to know if she was brain dead - Sharon got a phone call from Dr. Blake Phillips the neurosurgeon on March 16th. I have attached that audio.
After the convo w/ Phillps, and he finds out that Sharon knows about Busby failing to respond to the call for help for 6 hours, then suddenly they backpedal their narrative the following day on the 17th when James made the call to Pellegrino and then to Savoy (security) bc Pellegrino would not call him back and speak to him. Max Savoy then tells James Ellis, Joans seizures had stopped.
WHAT?!!!! Number 1 this is a hippa violation !!!! and number 2 where the hell is Pellegrino? We never saw him ever again and we never got to speak to him ever again and he was Joans neurologist put on her case who does not specialize in seizures. What the hell is going on ?
The Director of Security acknowledges on March 29th (which is recorded and you can hear that audio I sent you in the Dextrose Videos Part 1 and 2. what I have just told you is the truth.

Things to listen for on this audio.
1. He acknowledges he knows that Joans problem is aspirin.
2. He states that Dr. Rhonda Gentry has performed blood work on Joan and there is NOTHING wrong with Joans liver or her ability to produce platelets. Her problem was with the platelet function itself not forming clots due to aspirin.
3. He acknowledges what time Busby called him which was Saturday afternoon.
BP: Yes but ... hold on a second.. but Dr. Busby called me immediately after performing the CT Scan that revealed the moderately sized hemorrhage.
SE: Yes Sir. I understand. Yah Yah. Yah he did . He Did!
BP: I remember the phone call. It was a Saturday afternoon.
Okay Captain now lets go to the records on Feb 11 the day Joans brain hemorrhaged. Let's find out what time the CT was conducted. What time Phillips got involved and the falsification of Joans medical records - again!

On Feb 11, Joans brain hemorrhages. Jerri Sheffield Gonzalas calls Busby 3 times and he responded via his nurse Fogle at 9:09 am, 10:32 am and 2:30 pm. That is in the video I sent you.
The response from Fogel at 10:32 am was, I'll put the order in. What was ordered for Joan after her brain hemorrhaged?
Ketorolac was ordered @ 1044 or 10:44 am
Joan was just given Enoxaparin at 6:23 am which is a blood thinner and then her brain hemorrhages and then Busby attempts to kill Joan by ordering the Ketorolac. The literature from the FDA says you are NOT to take this drug if you have any bleeding in the brain because it causes your blood NOT to clot and that is what Busby ordered for Joan when he was notified her brain had hemorrhaged so that it would NOT stop bleeding. All that is also in Part 3 video of Allergies and Attempted Homicide
Busby claims he ordered a CT for Joan @ 12:27 and it was performed at 1:33. This is false !
On Feb 11th between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm James Ellis, Beverly Ellis, their grandchildren and Joans youngest daughter Amber Ellis were in the room with Joan Ellis. Amber Ellis takes a photo of Joan at 2:29 pm while she is suffering neurological problems and no one is coming and its been hours since the first call was made for help. According to the family no one came to the room to get Joan for a CT until after 3 o'clock.
Busby does not sign the CT Order he claims was ordered at 12:46 until after he showed up to the room at 3 pm. He signed the order at 1536 or 4:36 pm. He was also signing documents from the day before too .
Matthew Peter McCrary, MD claims he performed a CT on Joan at 1:33 pm Not according to the family who was present in the room.
Dr. Phillips states on the March 16th audio that he was called by Busby immediately after the CT which was Saturday afternoon - listen to the March 16th audio - and according to Joans records Phillips got involved when he ordered coagulation tests for Joan at 4:00 pm and then he ran a CT on at 4:46 pm. Phillips statements correspond with the familys' testimony that Joan was not taken anywhere until AFTER 3:00 pm.

also attached are records that show Fogel claimed she had been to the room to see Joan at 11:50 am and Fogel never came to that room according to family. Also Busby starts signing documents from the day before and the morning of Feb 11, after 3:00 pm.
Sharon begins inquiring about Joans brain hemorrhage and Phillips tells Sharon that Joan was not showing any signs of weakness until the following day when he finally took her to surgery (they let Joans brain hemorrhage for 36 hours !! )
well if you look in Joans records you will discover that Phillips just lied to Sharon about when Joan start showing signs of weakness. In his own notes he says New Onset Left Sided Weakness on Feb 11 @ 4:46 pm, 10 minutes after he was called to get involved in Joans case.
There are other things I could mention regarding their broken platelet machine but I am trying to give you the most I can without overwhelming you.
also it would be easier for me to just talk to people rather than having to write all this down. I could do videos and go faster than having to write emails but I have to create paper trails now so I can get Justice for Joan? Well according to Gerone Q. Hobbs, I need to create a paper trail. Do you need to hear that on audio? Yes Captain I have much more and its gonna sting for those involved who have decided to attack Sharon Ellis. Tell John Johnson I said hello because I will get to him eventually. I am a honey badger when it comes to my family and a sweet heart when it comes to humanity.
Anyway, this is all for today. I am tired and the clerks office has not returned my call so I can get that record that shows Piazza signed the order for me to be arrested and extorted me for 170K dollars because I did not mind Perettis order that Piazza signed for me to shut the hell up and to get rid of my evidence off line.

On April 6th, the day I confronted Williams and Bennett.
Sharon was calling the UAMS, Max Savoy and State Ombudsmans. None of whom ever called Sharon back. Why is that?
Sharon left Savoy a Voicemail. Sharon and Mark Ellis were at BHMC when Sharon left Savoy the voice mail. Sharon had just encountered Searcy in Joan's room. See April 6th timeline for those events.
Sharon was going to report to Savoy what Joan told her on Feb 23 about them killing her and the ponzi schemes and has also asked him if he was a real LEO but Savoy never called her back , even though he told her on March 14th she could call him if she needed to and he would help her - see March 14th meeting w/ Savoy on Audio.
That was a lie too.
On April 7th - The following day Sharon contacted the LRPD, The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office , Drew County Sheriff's Office and The Arkansas Department of Human Services twice. April 7th Labs. April 7th Police Incident report. You will notice in the Little Rock Police incident report the date says it was 'modified April 25th 2017' They changed the report on the very day the Arkansas State Crime Lab began covering up the murder. Why else would they modify a report, my sister told me this is not what she told them. They reworded it as to make my sister look like an idiot. They later used this when they wrongfully sued me and my sister with their corrupted biased judge.
NO ONE WOULD HELP JOAN !! NO ONE !!!
She would be alive today if someone had helped Sharon but instead everyone ignored her warnings and her reports and then others engaged in helping prevent her evidence from being accepted or investigated.
I will resume sending my evidence to Captain Garza and leave off Sheriff Higgins as requested but I feel he needs to see that I did contact the former Sheriff and he did nothing !! Maybe that's why he retired? I don't know. Let's hope no one else has to retire and this time everyone does what they swore an oath to do. Thank you.

The article I mentioned in my previous email regarding Peretti giving permission to take tissues/organs from a car accident victim is attached and highlighted.
The article states the med examiner who gave permission was out of town during the thanksgiving holiday.
Read that court transcript of Peretti stating he was out of town when he spoke to me on Nov 25th when he told me to bring him my evidence. When I got there he hired attorney Dylan Potts and then interfered with my ability to even get a lawyer after they got the newspaper to slander my name in the paper.
What does the article say about who collects the tissues? surgeons do !! and they have to get them in 24 hours after death.
Listen to the April 10 Part 2 audio of nurses stating "We don't have to make contact today we know what we are going to do"
Organs are NOT the most sought after parts of a body. It is the tissues which includes bones as well as the other parts mentioned in this article.

Sharon went back to the LRPD on April 10th to report homicide and also asked for the Report they told her she could pick up and they told her she would have to get it via their website. Sharon went there and the report was not online. Sharon eventually got the report via email from Ms Tate at the LRPD and it shows it was altered on April 25th, 2017. I will go over all this after I am done with Joan's medical information and the evidence in her case.

Additional Notes: I don't recall if I sent you this info about Vancomyocin but Joans Trough is now high and this applies to that High level of Vanco. I am forwarding an email thread I sent to FBI Agent Jacob Stokes and to Mark Hollingsworth the Commander of Criminal investigations for the Arkansas State Police.
There is evidence in this thread that I have not yet sent you and there is some in here I have already sent you so I apologize for the duplication but the evidence in this thread has to do with that 5 inch phantom scar on Joans upper right thigh at Drew Memorial Hospital and the evidence this scar was falsified to correspond with "vein stripping" added to Joans history that is not true. Joan did not have any scar on her upper right thigh.
This evidence regarding the scar on her thigh connects to Dr. Michael Sutherland at JRMC in Pine Bluff . Recall I sent you the med record for Marketta and they were using Joans ID number on that girls record? and the med record I sent you from Joans records that claims Joan was aroused to the name "PINK" ?
This phantom scar on Joans thigh is related to that event in 2012 but the falsification started in 2009. There is more going on at JRMC in 2012 where they claim Joans lungs collapsed and they had to perform a 2nd surgery on her, which is false and no one in the family knows about it .
So again, I am sorry if you get duplicate info or files but there is some good stuff in these emails and this also supports my assertion that I have tried to get LEOs to help me and none of them would - until you stepped up.
I do believe Mark Hollingsworth is no longer at the State Police. So he got some of this info and then left his job?

I will attach two records from JRMC that proves where we were on March 9 at 1:49 pm
1:49 pm is when the records at JRMC began to be generated and it took some time for them to get them onto disc, then Amber and I had to walk to the car, then drive to Little Rock which was an hour away . On the way we stopped at Sonic, grabbed a burger and drove to Little Rock.
When we got to BHMC Sharon went straight to medical records to get Joans records (the first set that I got - I have 5 separate sets )
I will attach the first page of the records I got on March 9 that shows what time I arrived at BHMC which was at 3:37
I waited in the medical records office for a few minutes then went to ICU and I began documenting the condition my mother was in. The first photo I took was at 3:50 pm. However, the meta data says 4:50. That is because I live in Florida and my time zone is 1 hour ahead of Arkansas . The time was 3:50 and I'm going to prove that to you with a video I took of Joan that day.
The attached video shows the time in the meta data as 5:31 but it was actually 4:31. Watch the video and look at the monitor that shows the time is 16:32 = 4:32 pm
Now please contact Amber Ellis and ask her if Mary Searcy spoke to her or me on March 9 and then charged medicare for her services she never provided. In addition, go back to the March 14th meetings when James Ellis tells Max Savoy he has never heard of Mary Searcy unti March 13, and Sharon Ellis says in the Meeting w/ the Searcys she has never met Mary Searcy before.
The only two children of Joan Ellis who were at the hospital any time any family member was there (except for April 8) was Sharon and James Ellis.
I have more evidence to share and I will. In the meantime go read the reviews on Mary Searcy at Vitals .com and Healthgrades . com of people outraged that this woman wants to put their family members to death when they are alert , conscious and speaking. !

Then Searcy says, Dr. Mazher is not a neurologist and claims he cannot diagnosis Joan, but then says he [Searcy] is sticking to his opinion and it will not change when I ask him about Metabolic Encephalopathy. Pay attention to his answers, this guy is a liar and very quick to get mad and lose his temper. He storms out of the room.
Then Dr Mazher comes in, followed by Jamal, he is part of the SS Squad at Baptist.

Attached are two audios from the day Joan Ellis was Murdered.
The Second audio is when I left the room to go to the bathroom and forgot to pick up my purse and my recorder was still going.
I cannot listen to this anymore because of what is on it .
I transcribed it 3 years ago and will include the transcription w/ the audios.
Check it for typos because I was crying when I had to listen to this over and over and over to get it transcribed and this is what Frank Peretti made me do after being paid to investigate my mother's death and he did not do it! He sent me an email and told me he did not have the manpower or resources to transcribe the audios, per his email to me on April 27, 2017. Although he did want me to send it all to his house because, you know, he does not investigate murders and if he had known I thought Joan was murdered he would have stayed away from that, per his statements under oath. This is such bullshit and he needs to be arrested as well.
April 10th, Part II is when Joan Ellis has no blood pressure, Katherine Carpenter said it was GOOD she had no blood pressure and failed to provide CPR, No Crash Cart, No Code Blue, No rapid response team, and NO DOCTORS CALLED!! They whispered a few times, discussed what they were going to do, discussed how they did not have to contact anyone that day and they would explain it all on Tuesday to a neuro, but not to the one on duty that day.
(Joan was murdered on a Monday). They began pumping Joan Ellis up with triple the amounts of sodium bicarbonate a person should get and they were not even drawing blood to get her Arterial Blood Gases which is how one would determine if she needed Bicarbs. She had no Art line in !!!

Sometime after Hope Layton says Joan Ellis has no blood pressure "I can't get nothing now" a second time, a male in the room stated he was LEAVING
ALL THE PATIENTS ON VENT MACHINES BECAUSE THEY ARE IDIOTS and walked out of the room and abandoned my mother.
I returned to the room and no one was in there and I said, OMG she is crying, she is crying, of course she is crying. I thought my mother was crying . I was in shock from what these people had done to me, my family and to my mother. I thought she was crying. She was not crying - It was fluid running out of her eyes. Bags and Bags of Sodium Chloride was hung on Joan the day before, along with the sodium bicarbonates that morning caused every organ in Joan Ellis body to be congested including her eyeballs for God Sake !!!

When the nurse Hope Layton returns to the room they pretend she is still alive and start discussing DNR's and CPR!!!!!!! I specifically asked Hope Layton, if she has no blood pressure wouldn't you need to do CPR and she said yes.
BUT THEY DID NOT DO IT. THEY LAUGHED AT MY MOTHER, MADE FUN OF ME BECAUSE I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS AND WALKED OUT OF THE FUCKING ROOM WHEN SHE HAD NO BLOOD PRESSURE!!!
I realized my mother was dead right as I was about to go update James Ellis. I paused and looked at my mom. She was dead !
I left the room, went and got my brother and we left the hospital.
THEN THOSE EVIL DEMONS called me to come back because NOW THEY WERE GOING TO DO CPR. An hour after she has no blood pressure!!!!!
The evil oozes from that place and those people. I returned to the ICU and then was forced to watch them assault my dead mother's body while they pretended to do CPR bouncing Joan Ellis on that bed with no hardboard under her and suddenly there was blood everywhere. Peretti says her ribs were cracked because of cpr. BULLSHIT! There was no way they could have broke Joans ribs because they were not effectively doing CPR. I KNOW HOW TO DO CPR !!!!
I could have lost my shit right then and there but I did not. I assure you had I lost my shit with these people they would have called their gestapo security people on me. They had already called them multiple times when I would ask questions and threatened me to be arrested if I interfered with them !!!!
And even after my mother was dead they continued to write lies in my mother's records about me .
Do not tell me this was just convo under stressful situations, they were laughing!!!! I was in the ICU Unit for 2+ months and I watched what they did to patients and how they treated them. These people are evil and they are killing people.

I just spoke to a pathologist this morning who is also a professor.
I expressed to him some of the evidence I have in my moms murder. He asked me if I had photos of the intentional injury caused to my mother and he agreed it was an intentional injury.
I informed him I do have photographs of the injury as well as video.
I am attaching those to this email now.
I also spoke to him about my mother's globoid heart that Peretti documented in the autopsy and the imaging records that showed on March 26 Joans heart was normal in size.
He then asked me for the autopsy photographs.
I cannot give them to him because Peretti is holding them hostage from me preventing me from getting help and that is my evidence I paid to have collected. That is theft of property.
I also told the pathologist that I had spoken to Roger Morris, coroner in Fayetteville, Arkansas and to John Brooks, criminal investigator who both told me they believed my mother's death was homicide. As well as Mr. Jay Wolfson from the University of South Florida who told me to call the police when he saw some of the images of my mother.
The pathologist told me he would be happy to speak to the criminal investigator about this case. I told him I could not afford to hire Mr. Brooks or him for that matter. I have no money to pay the criminal investigator who also asked to see the autopsy photos.
I told the pathologist I was speaking to you Agent Stokes and that I am in the process of sending you information as fast as I can get it to you. He said he would be happy to speak to you about my mother. So he asked for your name and the phone number.
I gave him your name and the number to the Arkansas FBI field office.
After I explained to him the intentional injury that occured to my mother he said it sounds like you have a good case and he defined what happened to my mother as Fluid Overload, which is also called HyperVolemic. Basically drowning someone in fluid.
Attached are the images I spoke with him about.
He would not discuss anything further because he said he would prefer to speak to someone investigating this matter.
He is under no financial obligation with me to agree with me.
I hope that he is able to reach you and then you can get an expert opinion on this one specific injury to my mom and maybe more if you ask him for his advice regarding the additional evidence that I send?
The March 28th, 2017 Dextrose incident is just one of the things they did to intentionally kill Joan Ellis.
I also told him about the drugs they gave my mom just prior to her death which was amiodarone, digoxin and ciprofloxacin which have major contraindications and you are NOT to give them together because it will cause heart failure.
I had a doctor in Florida tell me "OMG that will cause heart failure"
The Arkansas Chief Medical examiner, Charles Kokes, hung up on me when I told him those three drugs, after he asked me how they murdered my mom. He just freaking hung up the phone! He did because he knew that would kill my mother and perhaps did not want to have to admit it?
The photos and video(s) attached are from March 28
except one which is from March 12, 16 days earlier, that shows Joan is not morbidly obese and her cheeks are sunken in with a giant bubble coming out of her mouth while on a vent machine so you can compare her conidition with the other photos and videos attached that shows the intentional injuries.
Please note the fluid running out of Joan Ellis face and eyes.
The intentional injury occurred when they hung a hypotonic fluid (D5W) Dextrose in 5% water on my mother for three days and then when I came in and saw the injury, they called their swat team on me. There was no reason to call the swat team. Listen to me in the videos I just attached, when I discovered the intentional harm to Joan Ellis. I am calm, I am not outraged, I am not yelling but they felt the need to call a swat team? Yes, to intimidate me.

I certainly hope folks in Arkansas have figured out by now that I am not intimidated by their mafia style tactics? I am in the right with the truth on my side and the evidence to back it up.
Regarding Neurosurgical Patients and D5W /
5% Dextrose in water.
Scientists have known for over 100 years you cannot give D5W to a neurosurgical patient because it causes brain swelling and also causes pneumonia because it shifts the water in your cells to the outside and towards the lungs.
The pathologist agreed, as did a Florida doctor and as did Dr. Blake Phillips Baptists' own neurosurgeon which was discussed on April 6 with the social worker. I have already given you the transcript of that conversation. I am going to attach the actual audio of the April 6th convo with Marilyn Williams, social worker and the meeting I had with the Chief of the hospital shortly after and Williams is with me when I am told to back off because I complained my mother was being starved to death!
I have more evidence to share and will continue with falsified records and diagnosis regarding Joan Ellis' heart in my subsequent emails unless something else arises that I need to inform you about. I just wanted to get this info to you so you can see what they did and would have them in the event the pathologist wants to discuss with you this intentional injury that was one of the things they did to kill Joan Ellis.
Please note: Peretti stated under oath he did a medical legal autopsy. It should have been very detailed and he should have documented everything and he did not do it. I wonder if he even took autopsy photos? He seems to have an issue with giving me my evidence and property.

I am still working on the evidence that shows Joan Ellis did not have a heart condition and it's a bit technical so it takes me a lil while to get things together. I will be discussing troponin, myoglobin and ckmb tests that show Joan Ellis did not have a heart attack and they claimed she did. You will get it when I get it finished.
While I was searching for documentation regarding the size of Joan Ellis heart I discovered the following:
I have attached a screenshot of a folder I am looking in that came with BHMC medical records for Joan Ellis labeled "BHMC Imaging"
It includes imaging for Joan Ellis during the Month of March.
There are no images for Feb or April in this folder.
The imaging reports and photos are regarding CT Scans and Xrays.
Everyone of these folders, which contain images and reports, show these folders were modified on April 8, 2017 two days before Joan was murdered.

I also attached a screenshot from the data folder 5623311 that contains Rep0000 , which is the report's findings on March 26, 2017 that state Joan Ellis' heart is normal in size.
15 days later in Perettis' autopsy report it says her heart was globoid which would suggest an extremely enlarged heart
I was in the room with Joan all night on the evening and morning of March 25 - March 26. No one came into Joans room the morning of March 26 at 1:33 am to do an xray of Joan Ellis' chest . I held my mothers' hand all night with my head on the edge of the bed sitting in a metal chair. I was still at the hospital at 6:21 am the morning of March 26th per my phone records and James Ellis also spent the night in the Radiology waiting room.

Note: March 26th was roughly 2 weeks after Robert Searcy told James Ellis and Sharon Ellis the only issue Joan had was her seizures and made no mention of Joans heart being an issue.
You will get that evidence soon enough when I get to that Meeting on March 14th where we were lied to by two doctors on Joans case.
By the way: Here is an article that shows BHMC in N. Little Rock has already been in trouble for stealing from the people of this country.

In my previous email, I sent you information about a scar on Joan Ellis thigh that the family states she did not have, that DMH documented she did have in 2009, That Belleview Rehab nor Peretti documented. There was no indication in Joans records in 2009 where this scar came from.

It is my understanding that Sutherland has now fled Arkansas to Ohio. Just like Dr. Mazher has fled to Texas as well as Dr. Robert T. Buchanan all involved in Joan Ellis' case. I will get to them later.
March 23, 2012 DMH charts Joan had surgery at JRMC on March 16 for an arteriogram w/ peripheral stent (to the leg) performed by Sutherland and was discharged that day on March 23. According to Drew Memorial Records, Joan was discharged from JRMC and went to DMH because she is bleeding from the groin.

Note: Joan just had surgery and is bleeding? She goes to DMH after leaving JRMC and they order zero imaging tests to see what could be going on?

But when she shows up to DMH with a complaint of cough and wheezing they order Cat Scans, Xrays, Blood Work, ECGs and Telemetry and admit her to the hospital in October of 2010?
Joan Ellis the Nurse comments are recorded after being admitted to the hospital in October of 2010.
"I am an RN, can you tell me why I am in here because the ER doctor did not tell me"
Joan is told she was admitted because she was low on magnesium and potassium but no fluids were ordered until after Joan asked why she was admitted. Also lots of vicodin was ordered and given for a headache! Joan never took pain meds like that and never sought to get pain meds for headaches or arthritis!! Nor was anyone aware Joan suffered from arthritis but it is continuously written in her records she had arthritis. Joan Ellis home schooled her daughter from 2nd grade to highschool and had just finished in 2017. Joan Ellis worked inside her home constantly painting and decorating, worked on her genealogy and crotched all the time. I have no idea what arthritis Joan Ellis had and neither does her children.

Note: It is important now to discuss Dr. Jeff Reinhart who was her Primary Doctor. Reinhart back in the 90s lost his license for drug abuse because he was prescribing himself narcotics. Then in 2016 he lost his license again due to alcohol while on the job. Perhaps Reinhart needed the vicodin? or the nurse did? Joan Ellis would not have requested pain meds when she had a headache. IF she even had a headache.
You cannot look up Reinharts medical board record because Arkansas does not show you what their doctors get in trouble for but I know he has gotten in trouble for the issues I mentioned. In fact I submitted a 75 page complaint against Peretti to the Medical Board with 98 exhibits and the Arkansas Medical Board never called him in to address any of the complaints in it. Sylvia Simon is the chair of the medical board, her husband is Dr Tim Simon who is also in Joan Ellis medical records !!! Dr Sylvia Simon is also associated with Dr. Julius "Jay" Eugune Petty via an address in Monticello, Arkansas however the years of occupancy are different.
Dr. Julius "Jay" Eugene Petty who is also in Joan Ellis medical records on Feb 2, 2017 whose name is on her ECG claiming Joan has a heart problem, is a lying piece of shit ! He has an extensive history with the Louisiana Medical Board and the Arkansas Medical Board of lying!! Louisiana completely stripped him of his license while Arkansas continued to allow him to have his license. In fact, Petty was brought up before the Arkansas Medical Board again this year October 2020 or he did have a scheduled hearing. I have not had time to check back on that yet. Petty has been arrested for hit and run, beating his own child in the head after putting her out of a limo between Texas and Louisiana. He has been in a halfway house, two mental health clinics for substance abuse, he has been caught attempting to falsify lab work, sexual abuse and porn and a lot more. I will attach his medical board record from Louisiana that shows all this and get back to Petty at a later time because I have plenty of research on him that is quite interesting when it comes to 8710 Faulkner Lake Road. That's for later though.

Back to Joan Ellis at DMH regarding the incision bleeding:
After seeking help on March 23 for "a bleeding incision" and she was sent home without any tests being run Joan Ellis returns to DMH on April 1. Joan Ellis and James Ellis phone numbers are still listed as their old numbers. Their numbers had already been changed in the system on March 1 so why does it keep showing up with their old numbers?

Written in Joans records it says, Joan the Nurse "believes the incision is infected and oozing" and they ask Joan who is seeking help because she is still bleeding, the following questions:
Have you had a similar issue before? No
Have you recently seen a doctor, hospital? No
Joan the Nurse was supposedly at DMH a week earlier on March 23 seeking help for the same issue!! She would not have responded with NO. This is a falsified record.
Additionally on this same record it states Joan has a 5 inch long stapled incision.

However when you look at the sign-in sheet there are hand written notes all over it .. one of the notes says 12 stitches on the upper right leg.
Now we have the surgery that would produce a "scar on the thigh" that was documented in 2009 on the diagram. (see previous email for the 2009 diagram)

Recall Agent Stokes and Commander Hollingsworth, I provided you information about Tenet Healthcare referring people for surgeries they do not need, also that CF partnered with many in 2012. Also recall, the UN Gift Hub stated that one way to get organs from people illegally is to treat them for things they may or may not have and then they just steal the organs.
Recall, I previously sent you a record from DMH in 2012 that said Joan Ellis had a stent put into her heart, which never happened. They also documented that Joan Ellis had a bur hole, a stroke and a brain hemorrhage in 2012, 5 years before it actually happened.
Is this situation regarding the scar on her upper thigh the same thing? They documented Joan had a scar on her upper thigh in 2009 and then documented in 2012 she had a surgery that produced a scar on her upper thigh that no one has ever seen?
Yes Agent Stokes and Commander Hollingsworth. This is exactly what they did and are doing to people. They did it to Joan Ellis and I can assure you that is not the only person they have done this too.

Joan was complaining of stomach problems after gallbladder surgery. Not heart problems.
A Cardiologist was called in and ran blood work on Joan Ellis that includes her Hospital ID# that showed no sign of any heart attack and used the ECG that has no ID# on it, that I previously sent, with the Premature Ventricular Complexes diagnosis, and added it to Joans Medical History claiming Joan Ellis had PVC.

On July 11, 2010 Joan Ellis' Chief complaint was abdominal pain and chest discomfort written on the sign-in sheet at Drew Memorial Hospital and on another document in her record on this day.

The they added to her condition claiming Joans Chief Complaint was Joint Pain and her past surgical history (hx) now includes vein stripping to go w/ the scar they added to her medical record in 2009 on her upper thigh- that she did not have.

There was no scar on Joans upper thigh in the Autopsy or at Belleview Rehab in 2017. Nor was Joan Ellis 5ft 3. Maybe that is a clerical error? No sign of any 11 inch surgical scar on the right lower quadrant of Joans' abdomen in March of 2017 at Belleview Rehab when they documented Joans scars. But there is one the following month in Joan Ellis autopsy. Belleview does not have operating theaters or surgeons to create surgical scars Agent Stokes, Commander Hollingsworth.

Please note The Old Scar on the Left.
Belleviews documentation of Joan Ellis' scars shows an "old scar" on the right side of Joan Ellis neck. Reality is the old scar was on the left side of her neck. Joan had a photo of her neck taken in Nov of 2016 when she was having an allergic reaction to aspirin and she had no idea what was causing it. You can see the rash is all over her and it is severe. You can also see the Old Scar is on the left side of Joan Ellis' neck quite easily.

There should have been two scars listed on Belleviews Diagram and in that autopsy. There was not.
Belleview documented 1 old scar and either put it on the wrong side of Joans neck on the diagram or was engaged in helping craft the records. Joans only scar on her neck before and after her death was 1 on the left side.
Frank Peretti saw no scar on the right side of Joan Ellis' neck and claimed he did and failed to document the one on the left side. He completely missed the hole in her neck, oozing infection with a trache strap around her so tight it rubbed her raw and was filthy it was causing Joan Ellis to contract hospital infections 5 days before she was killed. There was a hole and no 4 inch scar.

Also, I spoke with a Human Trafficking Task Force Agent in Texas and I told him about the audio I have of the ex deputy discussing satanic rituals going on in Arkansas and how detailed he was describing the horrific acts being committed to a child, in addition to his comments about the black market organ harvesting going on at Faulkner Lake Road, and the Texas Agent was very interested in what I had discovered in my research.

It is now Jan 13 2022 and John Lott still has not contacted me. So I have contacted Internal Affairs and that guy is questioning if Garza even gave the info to Lott . I guess he is going to find out. His words "I don't know who Garza is and he may be lying"
Now I have to go through this again and send my evidence to him all over again.
This is beyond cruel.

I don’t have any control over Major Lott. And I am surprised someone in Internal Affairs would say something like that without knowing anything about it. All he has to do is call Major Lott and that will clear it up for him. What is the name of the person in Internal Affairs you spoke with.
